Sanela Karic

Non-Executive Director

Sanela is an experienced legal, governance and corporate affairs professional with more than 25 years of international experience across corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, human resources and stakeholder engagement throughout Europe and the Balkans.

A qualified lawyer and graduate of the University of Sarajevo, Sanela began her career as a lawyer and Deputy Public Notary before serving as Executive Director of Legal Affairs at Prevent Group, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s largest diversified industrial corporation, where she oversaw legal and corporate affairs across its European operations.

Sanela also brings listed company board experience, having served for approximately five years as a Non-Executive Director of Adriatic Metals plc, which was listed on both the ASX and the London Stock Exchange prior to its acquisition by Dundee Precious Metals in 2025. During her tenure she served as Chair of the Sustainability Committee for Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina and was later appointed Executive Director, Corporate Affairs in August 2024.
